In the Food Technology Center, you can learn about the composition of selected vegan substitute products and how they can be produced - also in private households. Under the guidance of students on the Master's degree course in Food Science and staff from the department, you will gain practical insights into the topic in the Food Technology Center and can try your hand at producing vegan milk alternatives, gummy bears and vegan ice cream, for example.

Demonstration of the tiny agroforestry field laboratory (TransRegINT project). Agroforestry is the practice of creating complex ecosystems with permanent crops (such as fruit trees), annual field crops and livestock. Learn more and experience it for yourself first-hand.
