3.2 Advanced Research Proposal Writing
For Academics with Initial Experience in Writing Grant Proposals
This seminar is designed for researchers who already have some experience in submitting grant proposals and wish to deepen their expertise. The workshop offers practical insights and targeted support to help you make your proposals even more successful and to plan them optimally from the outset.
The goal of this seminar is to equip you to plan and implement research projects successfully—from structuring work packages to developing clear timelines and financial planning. We will then explore the crucial area of impact analysis, enabling you to convincingly demonstrate the societal, economic, or scientific impact of your research.
In the second part, we will examine how artificial intelligence can influence the proposal-writing process, addressing both challenges and new opportunities for your research. The seminar concludes with peer proposal consultations, allowing participants to receive tailored feedback. The content will be adapted to participants’ needs, focusing either on (partial) proposals still in the planning stage or on proposals that have been declined and are being revised.
We are here to help you enhance your proposal-writing skills!
This event is supported by the Zentrum für Forschung, Innovation und Transfer (Center for Research, Innovation, and Transfer; ZFIT), providing an opportunity to address individual questions about research funding and applications at HSRW.
