Delegation of the Faculty of Communication and Environment visits Joint Research Center in Ispra, Italy

The delegation of the Faculty of Communication and Environment had been invited by the Directorate for „Knowledge Management“ of the Joint Research Center in Ispra, Italy. During their visit they focused on topics concerning current methods of knowledge transfer. Professors and staff of the Bachelor’s degree programme Environment and Energy also got an insight into the Water Management Unit, the European Interoperability Center for Electric Vehicles and Smart Grids as well as different other laboratories like the VELA1-7 (Vehicle Emissions Labs) and the Atmospheric Observatory Lab. The Joint Research Centre’s mission is to support EU policies with independent evidence throughout the whole policy cycle.
