The versatility of waters in the Lower Rhine region
The German Association for the Sciences of Limnology (Deutsche Gesellschaft für Limnologie) holds its annual conference in Kamp-Lintfort.
The 34th annual conference, organized by the German Association for the Sciences of Limnology, the Expert Association for Biology, Ecology and the Protection of Inland and Ground Waters and Rhine-Waal University, will be held on the Kamp-Lintfort campus from September 10 – 14, 2018.
The conference will be a platform for researchers and professionals in that field to discuss the various utilization of waters and environments in the Lower Rhine region. Participants can expect more than 150 lectures and poster contributions on topics like renaturations, water management, EU Water Framework Directive, non-indigenous species and much more.
