U.S. Consul General Stephen A. Hubler exchanged views on topics with students

U.S. Consul General Stephen A. Hubler was warmly welcomed by our Dean Prof. Halfmann in the Audimax, Campus Kleve on Wednesday morning. The Consul General came to Kleve to talk to 130 students of International Relations about the most important steps in his diplomatic career. Later he exchanged views on topics like family life of a diplomat, job opportunities for women and current political issues such as TTIP and Edward Snowden. Students seemed to be particularly interested in internship opportunities at the Consulate General in Düsseldorf. The team in Düsseldorf is looking forward to receiving applications of interested students of the IR program.
