Rhine-Waal University of Applied Sciences’ Guest Auditor Programme has begun for the summer semester 2016 and inquisitive and motivated people from the region are invited to join!

In addition to our Studium Generale lecture series, the Guest Auditor Programme also allows non-students to enjoy the academic side of Rhine-Waal University of Applied Sciences by participating in regular lectures in a range of different fields. Lectures are offered in either German or English and depending on the faculty in Kleve (Society and Economics, Technology and Bionics, Life Sciences) or in Kamp-Lintfort (Communication and Environment).

In Kleve, the lectures offered by the Faculty of Technology and Bionics focus primarily on engineering topics: thermodynamics, applied physics, technical design and vehicle technology. In the Faculty of Life Sciences guest auditors will be able to investigate topics such as biotechnology, hygiene and cleaning processes, biology and biodiversity, and applied microbiology. The Faculty of Society and Economics will be offering lectures in political counselling, regional integration, alternative region marketing strategies, international taxation, and social models and theories.

In Kamp-Lintfort, the Faculty of Communication and Environment will be opening lectures in software development, general psychology, internet security, usability engineering, and toxicology and environmental health.

To register for a lecture, download the appropriate form and submit it to the Student Service Centre. The registration fee is 100 EUR per lecture. Lectures run from April to July 2016. For the forms and programme overview, please see Guest Auditor Programme.
