Students from more than 100 nations are already studying at the Rhine-Waal University. They keep pursuing their professional development and discover new things every day. During freshers’ week fellow students meet each other for the first time and celebrate the beginning of their studies.
The freshers’ are accompanied for one week by tutors so they have the opportunity to ask all questions related to the start of studying and get to know all the different offers of the university, the city and its surrounding. Next to informative events, a movie night in Kleve, a Campus Rally or the Market there will also be a Pub Crawl so students can get to know the nicest bars in town. They can relax at the Campus Barbecue while getting the best insider advice and the last question they have answered. It doesn’t matter if there are questions about scholarships, student funding, housing or a library card - the tutors help with words and deeds. Of course the week will end with a big semester opening party.
