Field Trip to the Headquarters of Deutsche Welle in Bonn

As part of the project course „Media, Communication, Politics“, students of International Relations and Professor Alexander Brand were given the opportunity to visit the headquarters of German international broadcaster Deutsche Welle in Bonn on 4 December. Ninety exciting minutes of intense debate were reserved for discussing the goals and activities of DW as well as the self-image of the journalists working for DW. The students also had the opportunity to sneak into the production flow of contents and programmes. In addition, internship and future career opportunities for the students were discussed.
