Hands-on Experiments in the Food Technology Pilot Plant

Interactive experiments await you at the Food Technology Centre, where you can try your hand at it yourself. In our gummy bear factory, you can make your own gummy bears in different flavours, colour them with natural dyes and, of course, taste them.

In the Food Technology Centre, under the guidance of Master's students in Food Science and staff from the department, you will get a practical insight into the Master's degree course in Food Science and the chance to awaken your interest in a possible course of study in this field.
