The Academic Advisory Board is a key advisory body for matters relating to teaching and student studies. It focuses in particular on the quality of teaching, the organisation of studies, examination matters and the further development of study and examination regulations.
As an advisory body, the Academic Advisory Board has no decision-making authority of its own. Its opinions and recommendations support the decision-making process within the Faculty Council and the Dean's Office.
The Academic Advisory Board is composed of equal numbers of teaching staff and students. It is chaired by the Dean of Studies.
