As soon as your enrolment is complete, you’ll receive an email containing all the important information about the Deutschlandticket. Please check your inbox regularly (and your spam folder if necessary). You’ll use the Deutschlandticket via the Niag app using a QR code, as there is no physical chip card. The email contains instructions on how to install the app, log in and activate your ticket.

If you have any questions or cannot find the email, please contact Student Services; if you have any problems with the Niag app, please contact NIAG directly, for example by visiting one of their customer service centres.

Student ID card

There is no student ID card at Rhein-Waal University of Applied Sciences. However, you can easily download proof of your student status at any time via the HISinOne system in the form of a certificate of enrolment. This means you’ll always have your proof to hand in digital form, or you can simply print it out if needed.

CampusApp

The CampusApp brings important information and services from HSRW straight to your smartphone. You can check the canteen menu for Kleve and Kamp-Lintfort or access your library details and your digital library card. The university’s and your faculty’s news feeds make it easy to stay up to date. You can also customise your own selection of key university links. The app is available in German and English and includes push notifications and handy widgets for HIS and Moodle.
