Walk-in consultation or an appointment – which is more suitable for my needs?
Walk-in consultation hours (no appointment necessary)
Do you have a quick question or would you like to discuss your enquiry in a straightforward way to start with? Then make use of our walk-in consultation hours, either in person, online or by telephone. You don’t need to book an appointment in advance, but you may have to allow for a short wait.
In a brief conversation – usually lasting up to 20 minutes – we’ll answer your initial questions, provide you with specific information and show you what the next steps might be to help you further. If necessary, we can also arrange an appointment during the walk-in consultation.
Are you unsure whether you should book an appointment instead? In that case, we recommend that you make use of the drop-in consultation first, so that we can better assess your situation.
Consultation (by appointment)
For more detailed or personal enquiries, we recommend that you book a consultation. This will allow us to set aside sufficient time (up to an hour) for your enquiry and work together to find suitable solutions. You can book an appointment if, for example, you have several questions, would like to discuss your study plans, or need support with a difficult decision.
You can either arrange an appointment with us during our open consultation hours or send us an email. Please briefly describe your enquiry in the email and let us know whether you’d prefer the meeting to take place in person (in Kleve or Kamp-Lintfort), online or over the phone.
