Would you like to get to know the campus in a fun way? Join us and explore our campus while having loads of fun! By the end, you’ll know the campus like the back of your hand!

New to Germany? Students of the Welcome Centre will share their experiences and practical tips for everyday life – from registration and accommodation to the broadcasting licence fee and waste sorting. Peer-to-peer, straightforward and with plenty of time for your questions. This will be followed by a virtual campus tour.

Campus grounds

Round off your first day of orientation week with our relaxed get-together on campus. Enjoy a few drinks and some games with the tutors and your new friends!

Green FabLab

Discover the Green FabLab and the machines you can use during Maker Wednesdays. Meet other newcomers, enjoy some snacks, and take part in some relaxed social activities. Tell us what you’d love to make and help shape future Maker Wednesdays.

Are you familiar with Germany’s political system? Do you know how you can get involved in decision-making processes at your university? Do global conflicts and German politics affect your student life? Do you have strong views on political issues – or perhaps none at all? Take part in a quiz, share your views and discuss political topics that interest you with a professor.

Choose one (or more) of our workshops! Learn how to organise your studies, join our tutors on a bike ride, get creative with the university’s 3D printer, and much more!

Swap the campus for the cinema! Grab your new friends, enjoy some popcorn and spend an entertaining evening at Kali’s cinema!

Movie starts at 6 pm sharp, so be there earlier!

Kleve Campus

Come and take part (or watch) at the Homecoming Cup in Kleve!

We’ll be travelling together by coach. More details to follow.
