Elections to governing bodies

Here you will find all the information regarding the university’s governing body elections. These include elections to the Senate, the Faculty Councils, the Equality Commission and the student representative for students with disabilities or chronic illnesses.

From 1 to 3 December 2026, elections to the governing bodies will take place at our university. Representatives will be elected for:
• Faculty councils: all status groups
• Senate: student group
• Equality Commission: student group
• Student representation on the committee for students with disabilities or chronic illnesses
Key dates at a glance:
• Submission of nominations: By 10 November 2026 to the Election Committee
• Voting period: Tuesday 1 December 2026, from 9.00 am, until Thursday 3 December 2026 at 3.30 pm
• Voting: Online (electronic voting) via the POLYAS platform
Information on the procedure, candidacies and the forms will be available from 19 October 2026 in the election notice or on the committee elections website.
