Use this form to prepare the pages that are to be migrated. Once submitted, we will receive the information needed to create all relevant pages for you in the backend using the appropriate templates and content elements.
- Filling in the form takes about 3–5 minutes per page.
- It is also possible to submit several pages that are to be merged into a new page together.
- This preparatory work enables the web relaunch team to plan the work packages more efficiently and to take some of the work off your hands by creating the templates.
- First, get an overview of the pages that you or your department are responsible for.
- Create a separate document in which you note down the relevant URLs and briefly summarise the content of each page.
- Open the linked online form on this page and complete it for each new page you require on the new website.
