Resources & stakeholders for the relaunch
The website relaunch is a top priority for the institution and is to be implemented swiftly. Internal exploratory discussions took place two years ago, following which two new posts were created to support the project.
The project coordinator has been coordinating the relaunch since October 2023, whilst the role of IT specialist was filled by Maxima Musterfrau at the start of 2024. The project is being led by the Press & Communications department in collaboration with the Transfer Centre and other key stakeholders.
Since October 2024, Max Mustermann has been strengthening the team during the content migration phase with his expertise in text design and target-group-oriented content delivery.
In addition, student volunteers and staff from various departments have actively contributed to the project. In particular, surveys and workshops were conducted to ensure that the needs of the relevant target groups were specifically incorporated into the relaunch. A big thank you goes to everyone involved who committed their time to the participation phase alongside their regular duties.
The project’s steering group forms the central decision-making body for the relaunch. Under the Head of the project team, key decisions are made here, supported by external consultancy to ensure the process is professionally managed.
