- Accessing the TYPO3 login page:
- Open a web browser and go to the login page of your TYPO3 installation. The URL is usually your-domain.co.uk/typo3 or your-domain.co.uk/typo3/.
- Log in:
- Username: Enter your username in the corresponding field.
- Password: Enter your password in the password field.
- Click the “Log in” or “Login” button to log in to the TYPO3 backend.
- Problems logging in:
- If you are having difficulty logging in, check that your login details are correct.
- If you have forgotten your password, use the “Forgot password” function, if available, or contact your website’s TYPO3 administrator to recover your login details.
Note: To access the TYPO3 backend, you need the appropriate user rights. If you cannot access it or are experiencing problems, please contact the administrator or the person responsible for your TYPO3 installation.
Forgotten password
If the password reset function is enabled and your backend account has a valid email address, you can reset your password.
Click on “Forgotten your password?” on the login page.
Enter the email address you used when registering.
Open the email containing the password reset link. Even if the email address cannot be found, the same page will appear to avoid disclosing any information about registered addresses.
Enter a new secure password and confirm it by entering it again.
