Prof. Dr. habil. Tatiana Zimenkova

Tatiana Zimenkova ist Vizepräsidentin für Internationalisierung und Diversität und hat eine Professur Vizepräsidentin der Hochschule ist sie für Fragen der Demokratie, Diversität, Teilhabe, der internationalen Zusammenarbeit und der Antidiskriminierung zuständig. Zu Ihren Forschungsschwerpunkten zählen politische Partizipation, sexuelle Staatsbürgerschaft, Diversität, Normen und städtischer Zusammenhalt. Sie ist als Beraterin in Transferprojekten im Bereich der Förderung und des Schutzes von LGBTQI*- und Minderheitenrechten im Kontext von Gemeinden, Kommunalverwaltung, Behörden, Polizei und Nichtregierungsorganisationen tätig. Ihr aktuelles Fach- und Forschungsgebiet befasst sich mit Fragen der Demokratie, Ungleichheit und Partizipation aus der Perspektive der Hochschulverwaltung.
