The decentralised equal opportunities officers, elected by the Faculty Council, ensure that all the faculty’s activities comply with the principles and guidelines on equal opportunities at Rhein-Waal University of Applied Sciences.
They support the work of the central equality officers and their team at faculty level. They promote equality of opportunity between women and men and, in accordance with the general guidelines, work to eliminate existing disadvantages faced by female researchers and students.
