Library Catalogue

OPAC

The modern discovery system Katalog PLUS was introduced for all your literature searching needs on May 3, 2018. The existing library catalogue, OPAC, will be phased out on August 1, 2018.

Our online library catalogue, called OPAC (Online Public Access Catalogue), allows you to search the holdings of both the Kleve and Kamp-Lintfort university libraries. The catalogue contains all print materials, CD-ROMs, DVDs as well as a large selection of our online resources. By clicking on a title, you can see whether there are any available copies. You can also use the catalogue to reserve an item, or to request an item be transferred between library locations.

You can access your library user account via the online catalogue. First click on the “Account / Renewal” tab, then enter the user number found on your library card. The password is your six-digit birthday (DDMMYY, e.g. 120788 for July 12, 1988). If you do not have a library card, you can register for one at the information desk during the hours of full service.

Once you’ve accessed your account, you can see which materials you’ve recently borrowed and ordered. You can also renew an item directly if permitted.

To get started, please select the location where you’re registered.
