Good conflict management means to deescalate and solve a conflict solidly. The difference between a disagreement and a conflict besides other factors is defined through the emotional involvement. It’s not only about the subject, but the emotions. In this workshop the participants learn how to separate emotion from subject and to judge their own conflict behavior as well.

Content of the Workshop:

  • Definition of a conflict and forms of conflicts
  • Communication as a reason for conflicts
  • Differences in the perception of conflicts and the behavior within conflicts
  • Values and attitudes in a conflict
  • Strategies of solving conflicts
  • Canon of methods for solving conflicts e.g. feedback
