Degree course/contents

When buying products or services, we naturally demand that they meet our needs. Food, clothing, cars, university education, as customers everything has to meet our expectations.

At the same time, we would like our environment not to be contaminated by the manufacture of our desired product and that nobody gets harmed during its production or use. To achieve this, companies have to take precautions every day. In the production, experts in the respective specialist areas work for the customer.

As specialist team, i.e. the quality, environment, safety and hygiene representatives, mostly works superordinately. The representatives are cross-industrially qualified and applicable. They know the guidelines, laws and standards in question, they motivate, coordinate the interface between people and departments, moderate the communication also to the management board, control, instruct, demand. They look after the necessary current documentation of processes, structures, transparency of processes, audits and certification by external authorities. Without them, the risk of customer dissatisfaction as well as liability increases.

Therefore, the degree course is established in a very interdisciplinary manner so that the graduate can get himself very quickly acquainted with the necessities of the different branches. The introduction of an integrated management system follows corresponding structures and standards and is nationally and internationally alike. The graduates’ competence consists of discovering weak points in the company, to optimize, to structure, to persistently demand, to convince.

All employees in the company as well as the management board have to be won over for an optimization process, even if it is a difficult task. A well functioning management system supports the success of a company on the competitive market.
